| Terri Ammerman |
Terri Ammerman is president and chief executive officer of The Ammerman Experience. She has worked with clients throughout the United States and the world, providing counsel and training for a variety of issues and events. Terri has given strategic communications advice to top executives and technical staff of nuclear power plants, upstream, midstream and downstream energy companies, major food manufacturers and major retailers as well as others who have to create and deliver tough messaging in the public forum. Her travels have taken her all over the United States, as well as to Brazil, Guatemala, Venezuela, Japan and Iceland.
Throughout her career, Terri has trained or interviewed well over 10,000 executives, including CEOs of many Fortune 500 companies. Her specialty is teaching highly technical people to deliver their messages with passion and to achieve the ultimate result of influencing change.
Terri is an accomplished public speaker and has lectured at Rice University, Houston Baptist University and at the MIT Enterprise Forum in Houston as well at many trade shows and conferences.
Terri has been recognized for leadership in her local community and is listed in Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who of Women in the Media. A veteran communications expert, Terri joined the firm in 1981 after attending The University of Houston and Houston Baptist University.

| Kenneth Haseley |
Ken Haseley is a senior counselor with The Ammerman Experience. He has been with the firm since 1998, and has more than thirty five years of communications experience, the majority of it within several Fortune 200 corporations.
Ken works with clients one-on-one as well as in both small and large groups - primarily on their media, crisis management, presentation and financial communications skills. His investor relations experience includes analyst presentations, IPO road shows, conference calls and annual meetings. He has developed and conducts a number of innovative, interactive workshops designed to challenge people to rethink their approach to communicating, and show them how to eliminate comfortable, but outdated and self-defeating, communication patterns.
A graduate of Kent State University, Ken has a B.S. degree in communications and government. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of Dallas. He began his career teaching journalism. His corporate affiliations have included Diamond Shamrock, Occidental Petroleum and Tenneco, where he served as a public affairs manager and communications director. Having worked in the chemical industry for nearly twenty years, Ken has helped manage several high-profile, multi-year issues and crises, including Agent Orange, Love Canal and worldwide opposition to chlorine and vinyl products. During 1982, he was on loan to the Reagan administration in Washington, DC.
For more than a decade, he has taught at Ivanovo State University in Russia as a visiting professor. He also teaches in the executive MBA program at the University of Houston.
Ken is a published writer whose articles and speeches have appeared in local and national publications, including Vital Speeches of the Day and Presentations magazine. He is a frequent contributor to the Houston Business Journal and PR Week.
Ken manages The Ammerman Experience's Midwest regional office in Ohio.

| Dave Scallan |
Dave's career as a journalist spans more than a
decade. Dave began his career in Dallas, Texas as an Assignment Editor for KXAS-TV.
He then embarked on his "on air" career starting out in Abilene, Texas. In 1999 he
became one of the youngest reporters to ever grace the airwaves at legendary
WFAA-TV in Dallas, Texas. In 2002, Dave was hired to manage the Houston offices
of Fox Sports Net where he covered everything from Super Bowls to World Series
on a regular basis. In 2007, Dave turned from the front of the camera to behind
the scenes when he joined The Ammerman Experience and assists with its Media and
Crisis Training department. Dave now works with everyone from CEOs to front-line
employees to help them learn effective ways to communicate their company message
through the media. In addition to working with The Ammerman Experience, Dave is
an instructor at The Connecticut School of Broadcasting. |
| Rosa Linda
Perez |
Rosa Linda, an award-winning journalist, spent her professional
journalism career as a television reporter for KMOL-TV (NBC) San Antonio,
KPRC-TV (NBC) Houston and the Fox Network owned station in Houston, KRIV-TV. As
a reporter, she covered everything from Presidential campaigns to Weather and
Ecological disasters to World Economic Summits. Before joining our team, she
also field produced news coverage for local, national and international media
crews.
Rosa Linda joined The Ammerman Experience in 1998 and has been
the principal writer and producer of client videos. She graduated from Trinity
University in San Antonio with majors in journalism and speech. She has served
on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations, including the
Houston Press Club, the Association for Women in Communications, Casa de
Esperanza and the Women's Christian Home.

Fortune 100 CEOs and executives from a variety of industries. She has prepared
them for analyst conferences, stakeholder meetings, media interviews and
presentations on both internal and external webcasts. |
| Founders |
Dan Ammerman and Mary Ammerman are the founders of The Ammerman Experience. Years ago, Dan accurately predicted that organizations would need help in managing crisis situations and his founding of the firm in 1973 makes him one of the pioneers in the media training industry.
Dan is a nationally known lecturer and author who spent 30 years in broadcast and print journalism. His vast knowledge of the media and immensely successful teaching style made The Ammerman Experience seminars the benchmark of the industry.
Mary Ammerman is well-known in the Houston area as "Lovely Mary" from the popular radio show, "The Lunch Bunch." Mary's business acumen helped move the fledgling company into a world-wide training organization.
After 27 years with the company, Terri Ammerman became the CEO in 2007 and Mary Ammerman became the Chairman when Dan retired. Building on the successful business model of her parents, Terri is expanding the reach and scope of the company, which now includes clients in more than 40 countries as well as four of the top ten Fortune 500 companies.
